The Princess 70 is a robust flybridge designed by the English shipyard together with the famous Olesinsky studio that designed its hull. Distinctive elements are speed, maneuverability and safety when sailing in all marine weather conditions. Although the hull allows for high performance, fuel consumption is rather low, demonstrating the excellent work done by the naval architect. In addition, the hull shapes are designed to ensure good seaworthiness.
This model is in excellent overall condition thanks to the attention of its sole owner.
The boat is fully optional and ready to buoy.

LOCATIONS:
Through the large aft platform it is possible to access the cockpit protected by the fly and characterized by a large U-shaped sofa with table for outdoor lunches.
The main deck is almost exclusively dedicated to the living area and the saloon. In fact, entering the superstructure, there is a fully equipped kitchen on the left that serves the dining area on the opposite side. Proceeding towards the bow, amidships, there is the spacious dinette with C-shaped sofa and armchairs with cabinet containing retractable TV.
Beyond this area there is the wheelhouse located on the right side while on the opposite side there is a comfortable and functional sofa.
A large sundeck has been created in the bow area of the deck.
INTERIORS:
Going below deck through the access to the side of the wheelhouse are the double cabins with flat beds served by a shared bathroom while in the bow the VIP cabin with en-suite toilet room.
The owner's cabin has private access from the main dinette area and is equipped with a panoramic sofa on the port side and an en-suite bathroom.
At the extreme stern there is the crew room with cabin with double beds on the floor and adjoining bathroom.
The flybridge has a functional set-up with a living area, table, seats and helm station protected by the soft top.
