The Riva Ariston is considered by Carlo Riva to be the most elegant boat and is the only model that has been built throughout his management of the Shipyard.
The boat in question is one of only 19 examples produced with optional Cadillac engines.
In fact, the 275 hp engine derives directly from the 8V engine adopted on the famous Cadillac Eldorado.
The boat was launched in 1958 together with only 6 other examples fitted out with this configuration.
The hull has a plywood bottom and bulwarks. The deck is also made of the same material and the wood essences used to make it are Gran Bassan for the outer layer while Sapeli mahogany for the inner layer.
The boat is in very good general condition as it has been totally restored and used only 2 hours by the current owner and always put back on dry cover.
